Step 1 – Click “Speak With a Doctor”
Click “Speak With a Doctor” and select whether you want to use the video or phone option. You can also choose whether you want to speak with a doctor now or schedule a specific time.
Step 2 – Complete Your Medical Profile
If you’re a new member, you’ll complete a medical history profile, which will be used on all future consultations as your electronic health record (EHR). This is similar to the information you provide to any new doctor you visit in person. All information provided is HIPAA-compliant, secure, and confidential.
Step 3 – The Doctor will see you now.
A doctor will be selected for you based on your symptoms and state from our nationwide network of U.S. board certified physicians, therapists, dermatologists, and pediatricians. Connect in minutes. Take as much time as you need to speak with the doctor.
